Really comfortable beds. Takes dogs with no problems
Reception staff unhelpful and unpleasant
Hotel had excellent location near the train station and a free use computer in the lobby.
Room was quite small, TV stations were limited, and the TV reception was poor.
the toilet seat broken and the cleaner just put it back on each morning. and the toilet installed against the wall so you cant use it properly. the hallways and rooms are very dark - tiny blue neon lights make the hall almost pitch black like a sex hotel and the room was nice apart from toilet but again you couldnt see clearly without opening the curtains and net curtains. didnt like having a room that looked out over dirty hole at the back of the hotel.
The staff are not so friendly and location is not really that near to the train station
I did read from previous reviews that there had been a mosquito problem at this hotel however nothing seemed to have been done to eradicate this as I was bitten all over by the end of my stay.
Location is the best part of this hotel.
Corridors are very dark without proper lights. Moreover room lights are also not sufficient.
Location close to metro and Milano Centrale train station.
Did not feel safe in this hotel as a solo female traveler. The rooms were very dark, even with all the lights turned on the room was dim at best. With all the lights turned on, the lights would go out constantly. The shower was moldy and rusty. The hallways were very dark. My room constantly had mosquitoes in it, even though I never opened the windows. The room had a strange smell. The pictures looked nice and modern but upon arrival I realized that the modern wall paneling was simply to cover up thin and moldy walls. Would not return.
The hotel is ridiculously close to the train station.
Some of the fixtures in the room were slightly broken: the bathroom in particular could use an upgrade. The toilet seat was flimsy and falling off; the soap dispenser detached from the wall when I used it; the faucet handles in the shower were broken. The room was right on a busy street at ground level, so I couldn't open the shades.
the room was nice, clean, a little bit too small, but we didnt spend there so much time, so for small city break it was ideal. it was very close to the rail station and also not so far away from the city center - 15 min. by walk. we have enjoyied this stay in Milano
even the hotel is small, the staff was kind but should be more friendly
Location was good near centre and railway station.
There were mosquitos in the room (which is unbelievable in Milan centre) biting us whole night.
The stay wasn't anything special. It was relatively classy for a 3star. Once you leave Centrale Station hit the main drag and look for the sign on your left. There you will see the flags/building. Customer service was par, I really wanted to check in early. The manager would not allow an early check in but he did offer to check our bags which are watched by the staff free of charge. Not bad but could of been better. Breakfast wasn't anything to write home about but for 5 euro it was decent. Would I stay here again? If I can't find a better deal some where else. 125euro for 2nights in a double twin room seemed very reasonable to me. Hope this reviewed help!
How there was no early check in.
good location, reasonable sized room (i opted for a double room), reasonable breakfast in 5 euros and wifi was also available for 5 Euros per day (thought not cheap, it is better than other hotels)
The hotel is located in a slightly isolated street, bathrooms are very small. the shower cabin was only enough for one person to stand. The hotel has no english channel on TV and the rooms feel little dingy as there is just one small window with hardly any light coming thru
The staff was very helpfull and it was very near the central station!!
the bathroom was a lttle small.
Room was not in any way in relation to the price. The room was very small, worn and marked by many things were broken. There were errors in the collections of water touching, this resulted in water on the floor when you used the shower.
We liked the location of this hotel very central for easy access to the underground and train station .
Didnt like the room at all it was much smaller than what is advertised on the website for a double room . The bed was very uncomfortable. The Bathroom and shower were far too small The light switch was hanging of the wall in the bathroom and is a danger also there were damp patches in the bathroom too .
